At Prednot Inc, we take pride in offering premium-quality products and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

All orders placed through Prednot Inc are final sale. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction.

Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)

We accept exchanges only on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Prednot Inc reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging or seal

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Procedure

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage

  • Exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item

Prednot Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping Fees

All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refused Deliveries / Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the order will still be considered final sale. Reshipping may require additional fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Prednot Inc, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that complies with this policy may be subject to:

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of this policy and order confirmation as evidence to the payment processor
